The Hotel Location Test We Use Before Booking

A five-minute map check for transit, late arrivals, morning routines, and the streets you will actually walk.

A central address is not automatically a convenient one. Before booking, map the first and last journeys of the day: the airport arrival, the early train, the dinner walk, and the route back after dark.

Then inspect the immediate blocks rather than the neighborhood label. A river, rail line, steep hill, or limited crossing can change a short-looking distance into a daily detour.
