This local preview does not have durable lead storage or outbound messaging configured. Basic hosting logs may be processed by a future hosting provider for security and reliability.

Travel-planning questionnaire

The private questionnaire preview asks for a first name, email address, optional phone number, travel interests, timing, planning readiness, and an optional destination. When secure storage is enabled, KaizenDrops will also retain the submission source, assigned planning segment, timestamps, planner-delivery and follow-up status, unsubscribe status, and the version and time of any marketing-consent choice. The phone field does not authorize SMS marketing.

Submitting the questionnaire requests the free planner but does not require marketing consent. The service email containing the requested secure planner link is separate from promotional messages. The Day 3 message and other marketing may be sent only after the optional unchecked consent box is affirmatively selected, or another appropriate lawful basis is separately confirmed and recorded. An unsubscribe request must stop scheduled marketing but does not revoke access to a planner already requested.

Duplicate email submissions will update one lead record while preserving consent history. Private lead records will not be exposed in the browser or sent to analytics providers. Secure planner links are designed to expire and are not included in public page markup.

Newsletter and email services

The newsletter and lead-email integrations are prepared for an approved provider, but no live messaging is authorized or active. Before launch, this policy must be completed with the final database and email processor, retention period, deletion-request process, applicable lawful basis, secure-link expiration behavior, and verified unsubscribe procedure.
